Application

1. Apply either around the lower lashes, above the upper lashes or all over the eyelid as a base for the Eye shadows.
2. Apply INIKA Eye shadow over the top of INIKA Eye Liner it will pull out the pigments of the shadow to give you a dramatic effect.
