Ω Buying a synthetic brush is the only way that you can know for sure that no animal was harmed in the creation of the brush.
Dip the tip of your brush into water. This makes for more intense colour saturation on the brush and also helps to create a pen-like tool for applying eyeliner. Only dip the brush in water if you're using eye shadow or mineral powder products to line the eyes. For Gel or Water based Liner, use dry
Sweep your eye liner brush across the powder of your choice. If you choose not to wet the brush, make sure to tap the excess powder off before applying.
Use short strokes to apply eyeliner from the inner corner to the outer edge of the upper lid. Start out with a thin line and let the line get a little thicker as you work your way across the lid.
Dip the brush in liner and apply it from the inner corner to the outer corner of the lower lid. Start where the lash begins, making sure to run the brush as close to the lash as possible. Blend any harsh lines when you're done.
SUPER TIP: The darker shadow palettes such as Dark Dynasty, ( Sheba Palette) can be used as eye liner if wet.
